Running for Fun & Fitness - Evening class


The key is "Running for Fun. . . ." You won't suffer from the "quick burn-out syndrome" that results from pushing too hard or too fast. Our run/walk prescription starts slowly and builds up your distance gradually. You steadily increase the time you spend running and decrease the time you spend walking. We emphasize gradual progression at your own comfortable pace. This assures that you're constantly encouraged by your progress, you're motivated to continue, and you're running injury-free.

Our website - created by a Women's Health Physician and a Registered Dietitian - includes our innovative running program, original meal plans complete with shopping lists, healthful recipes, newsletters, discussion forums, and a huge library of information about women's health, fitness, and nutrition.
